· M.C.R.C. Homes, LLC completed a NSP-2 project knows as the "Sarah Garrett Project", in Hamtramck, MI. This project included 38 new construction units and an additional 5 rehabbed unties. M.C.R.C. Homes, LLC was the developer and general contractor.
· We renovated and rehabbed 84 unit apartment complex in Warren, MI. The project was completed in under a year.
· We renovated a 23 unit condo complex in Milford, MI. This project also took less than a year and was sold with 100% tenant occupancy.
· M.C.R.C. Homes, LLC worked with a Metro Detroit bank acquiring and renovated some 100 single family homes in the City of Detroit. The homes were rehabbed and brought to code before rented and evenly sold.
M.C.R.C. Homes, LLC used the Energy Star Rating System for the Sarah Garrett Project. According to the Energy Star Rating System, homes that achieve a HERS Index Rating of 75 are considered a top performing energy efficient home. The hones built and rehabbed during the Sarah Garrett Project received an HERS Index Rating of 85. M.C.R.C. Homes is taking home efficiency to the next level. During the Hamtramck Single Family Homes for sale, M.C.R.C. Homes has incorporated foam insulation in the walls and ceilings to achieve R-Factors that will push our Energy Star Rating even lower then 85. The current homes will have an R-27 rating in the walls and an R-46 rating in the ceilings. The house will have a vapor barrier preventing heat/cool air loss. the Hamtramck Single Family Homes are the definition of sustainable Green homes with 5+ Star Energy Rating and HERA index of 50!
M.C.R.C. Homes, LLC owner, Pete Fuciarelli has worked as a Macomb County Builder as well as the Metro Detroit Area rehabilitating homes, kitchens and baths for over 50 years. Mr. Fuciarelli has had numerous projects in historic neighborhoods such as the Boston/Edison District, Indian Village and East English Village. Over the past 50 years, he has remodeled several homes in these areas and M.C.R.C. Homes, LLC currently maintains a relationship with the quality artisans that have the capability in plaster and finished carpentry work to maintain the historic characteristics of the homes.
